Are socks required at Jump Time?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we require all participants to wear socks in our play areas. If you or your children forget to bring socks, we offer them for purchase at our front desk.What is the age limit?
Jump Time caters to children of all ages. We welcome parents and guardians to join in the fun or assist younger children. For our littlest visitors, we provide a dedicated toddler area separate from the main jumping space.At what age are children charged?
Children are charged for admission starting from their first birthday. The first accompanying parent enters free with a paid child. Our admission fee includes unlimited access to our facilities throughout the day.Do we have to schedule a time to come?
No scheduling is necessary for open jump sessions. You're free to visit during our operating hours, and your admission grants you all-day access to our facilities.What is Cosmic Night?
Cosmic Night is our special program designed for teens. It features black lights, disco lights, and popular music, creating a fun and safe environment where parents can drop off their teenagers to enjoy jumping, arcade games, and socializing with friends.Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
Yes, our insurance policy requires all guests entering the play area to have a signed waiver on file. For minors under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign the waiver. For your convenience, we offer online waivers through our website, and all waivers remain valid for one year.Can I bring my own food or drinks?
We allow you to bring your own cake or cupcakes. However, for other meals, we kindly ask that you use our menu options. Please note that there's a $25 fee for bringing outside food into our facility, excluding cakes and cupcakes.Can I book a party at a Jump Time location?
Absolutely! Our staff is available during business hours to assist you with all aspects of party planning and booking at our location.Can I bring my own goodie bags or decorations?
You're welcome to bring your own goodie bags and some decorations. However, we encourage you to explore our party favor options, which offer a variety of fun items at competitive prices. To maintain our party rooms, we don't allow wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. When you purchase decorations or goodie bags through us, our staff will handle the setup, giving you more time to enjoy the party.What if I need to reschedule my party?
You may reschedule your party without charge up to 14 days before the event date. After this period, a $50 rescheduling fee applies. Please note that changing either the date or time of your party is considered rescheduling.
