Refund Policy
Guests must notify Jump Time at least two weeks prior to their scheduled party date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within two weeks will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Guests may reschedule their event or party up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, choosing any available date within the next 6 months. Due to staffing requirements, parties or events cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse service or issue a refund to any customer not adhering to facility policies.
